Punch Sulzberger Program
Editorial and business-side news executives work on a project essential to their company with business coaches for a year. Fellows travel to Columbia for four one-week intensive business seminars throughout the year.
The program immerses high ranking news media executives in the use of strategy, innovation, marketing, demographics, journalism values and other critical approaches to help resolve challenges confronting their organizations and create long-term performance and change within their organizations.
The program is augmented with mentors, peer discussions, specific assignments and content tailored around the Fellows’ projects.
The Punch Sulzberger Program combines the best assets of the university’s executive business school faculty with the talents of the nation’s premiere thinkers about the future of journalism.
